GROUP PLATTERS

Focaccia Sandwiches  a mix of roast beef, chicken, salmon and vegetarian sandwiches prepared on fresh focaccia and served with garlic pickles and your choice of organic veggies and ranch dip ,or corn tortillas and fresh cut salsa

If possible, please provide us with at least two hours notice for parties of 8 or more, but please don’t hesitate to try us if you need to cater a larger party sooner ! There is a $50.00 minimum order for delivery with a $5.00 delivery fee.

Delivery is FREE on any order over $100.00. Pick up is always free.

HOSTED CATERING

Raven Street can happily accommodate groups from 2 to 20 in our fire side dining room, and groups to 200 in your home, office, studio, hall (or anywhere else for that matter).

We are always happy to design a menu specific to you and your guests, and we have included a few of our own favorites here. Please note that some options require access to a kitchen, but many do not, and please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have when considering our services.

For catered functions hosted at the Raven Street Market Cafe itself, our entire Cafe menu is also available in addition to these and you own tailored options.

Seasonal options include TURKEY WITH ROSEMARY STUFFING, and our outdoor (barbecue) options resurface in March.

Most options can be converted to BUFFET FORMAT if that works best for you.

 

ENTREES 

Salt Spring Clam and Mussel Bake  fresh salt spring clams and cultured p.e.i. mussels cooked with fresh cut tomato salsa and whole garlic cloves in a white wine, lemon and herb blend.

Sirloin Roast or Prime Rib  herb marinated, slow cooked and served with a thick peppercorn au jus. 

Seafood Paella  a hearty blend of catfish, mussels, prawns and fish du jour cooked with herbs vegetables and rice in an aromatic white wine and tomato potage.

Smoked Salmon (or Vegetarian) Penne  cooked with mushrooms and fresh herbs in a creamy dill and tarragon sauce.

Roast Leg of Lamb  marinated in beer and honey and slow roasted in a mild but savory spice blend.

Chicken Piccata  a tender chicken breast wood fired with mushrooms and celery in a creamy artichoke and cilantro sauce.

Barbecue Pork Loin  hand carved pork loin cooked and served in our wasabi and hickory infused barbecue sauce.

Prawn and Catfish Jambalaya  sautéed with chorizo sausage and vegetables in a robust cajun roux.

Curried Prawns  twelve tiger prawns wood fired in our home made curry sauce with onions, mushrooms and celery.

Salmon Wellington  wild pink salmon baked in puff pastry with potatoes and herbs.

Creole Roasted Turkey  boneless turkey thigh basted and baked in a dijon infused creole chili sauce with mushrooms, onions and jalapenos.

Chicken Masala  a tender chicken breast cooked with white onions and celery in a red curry sauce infused with a hint of orange zest.

Chicken Kiev  a lightly breaded breast of chicken stuffed with herbs, chives and a hint of butter.
